Human in the loop
Human-in-the-Loop ensures RentBamboo’s AI never hallucinates or shares incorrect information with prospects.
The AI will fully automate responses unless it’s unsure how to reply. When that happens, the lead is flagged in the Sales Center and you’ll receive an email prompting you to step in. Once you respond, the AI automatically resumes, looping you back in only when needed.
You can toggle Human-in-the-Loop on or off at any time in the Train Jake section.
Improved calendar sync
You can now block off time using recurring schedules to keep your tour calendar accurate and up to date.
This ensures the AI never schedules a tour during a time you intended to keep blocked.
Improved Property Sync
We rolled out a complete rework of our property sync. Changes and uploads from your listing sources now sync automatically, so your team never has to manually upload, edit, or update property or unit status.
Editing AI Messages
You can now edit AI responses to ensure it communicates with prospects more accurately.
After the AI sends a text or email, you can review the message and provide feedback, teaching it how to improve.
This helps the AI evolve alongside your property operations, continuously improving its messaging.
