Today, RentBamboo focuses on leasing automation, helping teams respond faster, follow up consistently, and convert more leads. But the direction is broader, we’re building toward a full operating layer for property teams.

That includes leasing, renewals, delinquencies, resident communication, and other day to day workflows that typically sit across multiple disconnected tools.

The goal is simple: give property management teams one system to handle the full lifecycle of the resident experience without switching between platforms.

You can now directly sync with ResMan to ensure RentBamboo automatically imports new leads and initiates outreach within 15 minutes.

If you have a ResMan account, a team member will be reaching out shortly to help activate the integration.

We’re also actively working on additional PMS integrations, including Rent Manager and RealPage, which will be released soon.

We’ve made significant improvements to our AI text messaging system.

The underlying model has been upgraded to improve how it retains context from prior conversations, property specific details, and training inputs.

This means more consistent, relevant responses across ongoing conversations especially for longer leasing cycles where prospects re-engage over time or move between channels.
