You can now configure your team's office hours directly in Team Settings.

Once your office hours are set, RentBamboo will automatically use them when prospects ask questions like "Are you open today?" The AI will respond with your team's configured schedule, ensuring prospects always receive accurate information.

To configure your office hours, navigate to Settings → Team.

We've expanded notification settings to give you more visibility into your AI's activity.

You can now customize which notifications you receive, helping your team stay informed while reducing unnecessary alerts.

To manage your notification preferences, navigate to Settings → Notifications.

We've added follow up tags to make it easier to see when the AI is actively following up with prospects.

These tags are now visible in both the Sales Center and Dashboard, giving your team greater visibility into every stage of the leasing conversation.

To customize your follow up cadence and settings, navigate to Settings → AI Communication.
